Knightfall Saga
Bane frees all of the inmates of Arkham Asylum. Bane’s plan is to weaken Batman by forcing him to deal with the deadly villains one at a time. Batman becomes weaker and weaker as each criminal is put away. After the Joker and Scarecrow take Batman to his mental and physical limits Bane makes his move and attacks Batman.
