Eobard Thawne, a scientist from the 25th century, replicated the Speed Force and became corrupted by his fixation on the Flash’s legacy. Twisted by envy and madness, he uses his Negative Speed Force to alter timelines, erase lives, and strike at Barry from moments he can’t predict.
